Websites for independentoptometry practices.
Reach Digital works with ProVision members to plan, design and build websites that help patients understand the practice, trust the team and take the next step.
Built around how patients choose.
A good practice website needs to do more than look current. It needs to explain the practice clearly, make services easy to understand, build trust quickly and give patients a simple path to enquire or book.
Reach Digital has worked with optometry and healthcare practices for years. For ProVision members, that experience shapes the structure, content, mobile experience, search foundations and enquiry flow of the website.
Return on investment matters. So does Return On Ideas.

What optometrists say.
A good practice website should be easy for patients to use, clear for the team and strong enough for the practice to stand behind.

My daughter is an executive for a multinational company, based in Seattle. Her position is Global Director of Marketing and her specialty is web-based marketing.
She had a look at our website and I was expecting a blistering critique. I was delighted when the reply was: “Dad, your website is excellent. I can’t fault it or make any suggestions to improve it. The presentation is professional, it is easy to navigate and it is designed to achieve the primary outcome: to get patients to make appointments. Well done, Mauricio.”

5 STARS RATING IS NOT ENOUGH TO DO JUSTICE! Mauricio had been absolutely delightful and professional since day 1! We now have a website which is absolutely stunning and user friendly! I am also amazed by the amount of support given even after the project is completed 6 month down the track. I would absolutely give 10/10 for the service I had received and would extremely anyone who is considering getting a website done, whether new or old to give them a try! Absolutely fabulous!
“Top work, Mauricio.”

What a practice website needs to do well.
The best practice websites are built around real patient behaviour. They help people find the right information, understand the practice and take action without friction.
Be clear on mobile
Patients often search, compare and decide from their phone. The website needs to be readable, quick to understand and easy to act on across smaller screens.
Support local search
Pages should be structured with practice name, services, location and patient intent in mind, so search engines can understand what the practice offers.
Make services easier to understand
Patients should be able to find the right service, understand what it means and know what to do next without digging through the site.
Create a clear enquiry path
The next step should be obvious. Booking, calling or starting a conversation should never feel hidden or confusing.
Historic search proof.
The previous ProVision page included Leverett & Kindler as an example of how a new practice website could support organic search over time. The website launched in April 2017 for a member with no prior online presence.

Keyword standing recorded August 2019.
This is historic proof from the previous page. The keyword standing shown was recorded in August 2019 and should not be presented as a current ranking claim.

Questions ProVision members often ask.
01How long does it take to design and build my website?
It usually takes around 12 weeks to design and build a new practice website. There are several stages of consultation and approval along the way.
02Do you host my email?
We do not currently host email, as it is a complex and specialised service. We recommend speaking with a local IT provider about Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
03Can I host or move my website to another host?
Yes, you can. The server you move to needs to meet our requirements, so it is best to confirm those details with us first.
04What do hosting and domains cost?
We currently offer the first year of web hosting at no cost to new members. Domain name registration is also available if required. After the first year, hosting renews annually and domains renew every 2 years.
